La loi, adopt\u00e9e le 15 d\u00e9cembre 2023, donne le pouvoir aux citoyens d&#039;exiger du gouvernement des informations non classifi\u00e9es sur toute question jug\u00e9e d&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela fait suite \u00e0 des ann\u00e9es de plaidoyer, de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et d\u2019engagement aupr\u00e8s des organisations locales et internationales par CHARM et les OING locales et internationales. Les organisations de base soutenues par CHARM ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 pour garantir que la loi soit promulgu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les acteurs des m\u00e9dias se disent d\u00e9j\u00e0 satisfaits du fait que la loi jouera un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la lutte contre la d\u00e9sinformation, la d\u00e9sinformation et les fausses nouvelles. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les organisations de d\u00e9fense des droits de l\u2019homme le consid\u00e8rent comme un outil essentiel pour promouvoir la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat, lutter contre la corruption et promouvoir la bonne gouvernance, autant de piliers cl\u00e9s de ce que pr\u00e9conise CHARM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes heureux d\u2019avoir fait partie des acteurs de cette roue du changement.
