Call for Proposals: Mid-Term Evaluation of the CHARM Programme (2023–2025)

The DefendDefenders, on behalf of the CHARM Consortium, is pleased to invite qualified consultants or consultancy firms to submit proposals for the external Mid-Term Evaluation of the CHARM Programme. This evaluation will assess the programme’s progress, relevance, and impact in promoting civic space and human rights in Sub-Saharan Africa. Interested bidders are required to submit both a technical and financial proposal in response to the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) document attached below.

The deadline for submission is 8 August 2025.
